I agree with Dale and Joan,

If MAPICS is going to "Certify", bless and sell it as a MAPICS product, then
why can't it be fully integrated like EC or KBC?  I don't have a problem
calling a different support group since they are the ones who wrote it, but
use some newer technology than interactive file synchs.
