the domain ibmi.biz is free actually, it will cost me 6,95 € a year, the
same as a few beers, so I can pay it if biz is more suitable than eu in
order to having blog, forum or any other linux app running.

btw I also are using blogger in my family site (blog.andrades.es), blogger
can be installed as Thorbjoern mention, only I think today is more
powerfull, but easy to maintain and post entries.
