Hmmm... did you set map=870 in your config?  Or are you saying that the
transmaps we're using doesn't work under Windows?  To be honest with you,
I've never worked with anything but US-ASCII, so I'm not very familiar
with what needs to be done here.  But if you can tell me, I'll do it :)

Hmmm...  Did you try this before I turned it off?  Did you like the way it
worked?  If so, I could make it a config option.

Yeah, I spent a LOT of time on that :)  Now I just have to figure out how
to make the Unix versions work the same way!
