What is considered to be the ACS directory? Location of acsbundle.jar?
acslaunch_win-64.exe? acslaunch_win-32.exe? I've tried all 3 with reboots
in between.

I get that there is no windows installation script for this so you
have to set the path to the jre.

If I CD into the .bin directory where the java.exe lives and run
"java -version" it just hangs.

Any thoughts on that

Antivirus software, maybe? Maybe windows is asking if it's OK to run the
program?
