Thank you for the feedback. I am not looking to use the package in it's entirety. I am mainly looking for the byte-to-byte conversion and rendering of graphic instruction bytes.

I am reading the PCL spooled file as a byte stream and am looking for something to help me figure out how to interpret the PCL bytes.

I'll keep looking around, though, since this product may not get me 100% of my solution.

I have found a solution.

An open-source Java solution at sourceforge.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/openpcl/

It's written in Java and the conversion classes are in a separate jar
file that I can include in my own project. So, best of all, it can run
native on the iSeries.
