native process in OS/400 that can perform the conversion, but no such
luck just yet.
As far as I know there is no PCL _interpreter_ available on the IBM i, capable of converting to a pdf, but plenty exist on a Windows or Linux box.

In V6R1 you can ask for PDF as output format in addition to PCL, but you need to have the original print to be able to do so.
