Actually, there is a WebSphere Community Edition product which is based on Geronimo. WCE is free (including 30 days of support). Geronimo supports either Tomcat or Jetty as the servlet container and then adds J2EE functionality such as support for EJB, JMS and JCA. WCE adds Derby, although Geronimo will work with DB2 as well. I'm not sure of all the details; I just know that IBM has what is in effect a free edition of WebSphere. Joe
