I'm sure that Rob would like you to put a PMR in, also. 

Every time I've tried to do anything with it, I've been unable to connect. 
 Checking the iSeries' WRKACTJOB, I can see that the task is running and 
NETSTAT showed that it was listening.  But I couldn't connect unless I end 
the server and restart it.  I have noticed that I get a message that it is 
ended before it actually ends, so restarting it immediately is generally 
futile (error stating that I can't start it, it's already started). 
However, once it is open, I can't get the monitors to start - they all 
just go to a failed state.

Are you talking about starting up Mgmt central from Iseries Navigator? I
cannot get a connection, have to end it. and it is flaky in ending and
restarting.
