I think IBM doesn't want it this way, but I still have to use two id's - 
one for Domino, TSM and that genre; and one for i5/os and it's lpp's.

I use my Domino one for the "ESR" part.
I use my i5/os one for the "IBM Support Line" part.

I tried to get back in to the part where you maintain which machines are 
on your contract but I got hopelessly lost.
