We use a mail-in database for this function. We have an agent on in which notifies a group upon receipt of a message. Do you know how to set up a mail-in database? 1)Create a database using the mail template 2)Open you nab. Expand Servers, expand Mail-in databases. I share this box with several users who periodically check the box for incoming messages. I would rather have an automated system that would automatically notify the users assigned to this mailbox whenever new mail arrives. I have seen a similar function with Domino discussion groups that will automatically notify database subscribers whenever the database has changed. I have not used this function so I don't know how great it is. I have an open ticket with domino support on this issue. Any one have any clues here? _______________________________________________ This is the Lotus Domino on the iSeries / AS400 (DOMINO400) mailing list To post a message email: DOMINO400@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/domino400 or email: DOMINO400-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/domino400.
