Hello, I have a user that would like to publish an internet email address that will never change for a department/function. This address needs to either be accessible (automatically) by members of the group or have it automatically forwarded to a specific user (changeable as staff/loads change) and deleted from the group account. What I haven't been able to find is where in the docs it tells how to: 1) Setup the group email account. 2) Give the users access to it with automatic notice of new mail. 3) Or have the messages forwarded to a designated user. Correct keywords to search on or Section Titles would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
