Don't worry about it.  Focus instead on the version number 5.1.  Get SP5 for
that.

It is sort of like PDM.  /WDT400/codeproj.exe  It lets you subset lists of
members to work with and create a project that combines that subset.  So, if
you have a personal library, you can create a 'Personal' project that shows
only your library/members.
