I think you must have  other C++ product containing this dll installed on
your system. Do a search and see where they are.
cppwob3i.dll is also packaged in WDT400. When CODE is brought up, the path
'wdt400\system' is appended to the current path. I think in this case, the
C++ path containing this dll must be in front of the 'wdt400\system' in the
path.
The workaround for this is to add. for example, 'c:\wdt400\system' , before
the other C++ product path in your PATH environment variable.

Please do not forget to apply SP5.

We have corrected certain situation for PATH in WDSC 4.0 SP2.
