Well, I have no idea what the problem is. I am just bouncing some questions
for clues to look at.

I mean to check your default printer properties. If you select
'Start->Settings->Printers', right click your default printer, select
'Properties->Device Settings->Font Substitution Table', then do a compare
with the other PC which is working for CODE.
Might also want to check 'Printing Preference->Advanced->Graphic->True
TypeFont'.
To tell the true, I have no idea how these settings will affect the CODE
font selections.

The CODE "Font" dialogue also shows the display fonts . Normally, when a
font not recognized by the printer is selected, the printer driver will
substitute its own default . Usually, this is a proportional font.
Selecting "Courier" or "Courier New" should work for almost all printers.
