Yes, it is fully qualified.  File CCSID, I have no idea.  I'll poke around
and see if I can find it, but it did work for the ADTSLIB test files.  I'll
see what I can find.

list.
Did you fully qualify the file in the AS400 Information dialog?
The other possibility is that your file CCSID is set to 65535, which means
VARPG will not  do any translation from EBCDIC to ASCII.
