System value QCCSID changed from 65535 to 37. Thanks Simon. A lot of things on this box aren't quite set right, and I've found myself fixing things slowly as I come across them. On the last box I was on I had changed most of this stuff already, but it's not easy to remember all these little things. If that is 65535 then change it to 37 (or whatever is appropriate for you system). The OS tries to avoid problems caused by the system value being 65535 by using a separate default job CCSID.
