Jon, The problem I was having was the CODE/400 Server Name for the actual as/400's I had defined (I have 3 defined) changed to the host name for the servers I defined with a URL and OS400A for the as/400 I defined with an IP address. Of course my filters wouldn't work because they were all defined using the CODE/400 Server Name I selected. I found the CODEServer.xml file which, compared to how it looks now, was lacking form. I edited the file to the way I thought it should be and from that point on I was able to atleast get into the Communication Daemon with out getting the error. But the Server Names wouldn't stick. With each boot I had to update the server information with the correct info. After about four or five boots (I turn my pc off at night) it finally stuck - the Server Names are what I want them to be. As of right now I'm ok. >Eric - you're starting to sound like a Microsoft support rep! - you'll have >us reload the OS next <grin> One person did recommend this to me.
