on 405 CD there is a need to have a purge program to remove notes that exist 
on orders that no longer exist, and variations theroff.

ie. various types of orders, RMA, bill-to, ship-to, customer, item, etc. can 
have notes, then those orders, etc. can get purged from the system, leaving 
debris of notes for what is gone away.
