Jose,
There is a work file ESNW that is getting loaded in Order Entry with new
notes or notes from ESN. Sometimes duplicate records can appear in this
file. This what cause your problem. I would recommend to clear the ESNW at
the same time you clear ECLW, ECHW, ERHW,ERLW etc.
SSA has list of the files they recommend to clear nightly, ESNW is
included in this list. I think you can get the list from OGS. If not I may
have it. If you will need it let me know I will look for it.

We are under an AS/400, with BPCS 6.04.

We are experiencing some problems when loading notes in a customer order
with
ORD700. Sometimes the notes we add appear then repeated from 1 to 9999
times,
in customer orders related documents.
We do not know how to avoid this because it is annoying to remove the notes
one by one.
Has anyone gone through this? Any ideas?
Thank you.

Jose Villarreal.
