Hello everyone Our company would like to utilize the BPCS RMA process to handle customer returns and post ship billing to issue credits for those returns. Through the RMA process we may authorize the customer to return the goods to us so that we can destroy those goods or even have the customer destroy those goods. In either case the customer is given credit for the goods whether they are returned or not and lot tracing needs to be done. Question: 1) How should the RMA module be configured (eg: logical warehouse e.t.c)to track returned goods for lot tracing purposes. 2) Does the RMA process in BPCS enable reporting for returned goods authorized vs. returned goods actually received. Any feedback will be appreciated. Azeem Khan _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
