I just realized I forgot to answer the second question. All RMAs against the logical warehouse where you are going to receive the merchandise and from where later you are going to decide if to reuse it or not, and for which a credit order was not yet created, plus all the RMAs agains the logical warehouse used for those that you have authorized the customer to destroy the merchandise would be the one authorized and not received.
