Heads up warning - while RMAs are processed through ORD, once the customer has been credited, the RMA has gone away from the system. If you want to have notes on why something had to be returned & track this over time to see when the same reasons reoccur & what has been fixed for all time, or track percentage RMA parts vs. originally produced, then you need some other sub system to do that. We are strictly make to order, engineered to order, in which many customers rank us on Parts Per Million Problems ... our ability to compete involves keeping this number extremely low, so our QC notes on why something went wrong, and what can be done to fix it, is a critical part of the RMA process.
