I would give you the BMR number, but OGS appears to be down at this time. I'll blind copy myself at the office on this so that I can look it up tomorrow. Helpline "escalated" it, if you can call this level of service "escalation". I don't have to call helpline, I looked it up on OGS last month and its status was unchanged.
