The BMR was reported on Valentine's Day, February 14th, so that makes it nearly eight months. Secondly, the program was actually CEA500B -- don't try reporting eight month old stuff without your documentation handy ;-). Third, I checked OGS last Tuesday but, researching the BMR today to respond to you I discovered that the fix for BMR 55090 was finally provided last Thursday. Downloaded and installed it today from the FTP site, and it seems to work. I'll give it a week, though. The problem was somewhat intermittent. Thanks!
