Dean

Get me the BMR number and I will be happy to research its status and find out
why you
don't have the fix yet. If the Helpline escalated it should have been completed
over the
last 6 months. As soon as you let me know the BMR number I'll work on it!!!

Thank You

Nope. We gave up and wrote our own application in Visual Basic. Runs
faster, clears the files every time, and doesn't present those annoying
midsized windows. I do have smaller clients without the rewrite money that
I'll tell to check, though.

I would give you the BMR number, but OGS appears to be down at this time.
I'll blind copy myself at the office on this so that I can look it up
tomorrow. Helpline "escalated" it, if you can call this level of service
"escalation". I don't have to call helpline, I looked it up on OGS last
month and its status was unchanged.
