Yes - check out the News/400 Forum's BPCS threads - I encountered such groups 
there many months ago - there is a Greater Toronto AS/400 group which has 
BPCS participation.  I do not remember which set of threads it was on - the 
discussion had to do with reorganizing BPCS files that accumulate excessive 
deleted records.

I would also imagine that SSA Canada might be able to help you, if you can 
persuade them that your interest is not that of a competitor.
