Tks Susan
Do you RCV and SND manually and let the next process take place with just
this one step? No help from the scheduler? I was also told you could put
these jobs on the AS400 scheduler but so far I do not know what Pgms and etc
I need to do this with. Do you know of any. I did accomplish starting and
stoping the scheduler (EDISCH subsystem with ASJ) successfully. It was trial
and error until I figured out what CL's and jobs it was using.

Do not use the automatic processing option with the scheduler. It
    doesn't work properly.
You can automatically schedule the next processing option within the
    scheduler itself.
You can use the automatic flag when manually processing, for example a
receive function will automatically unpack then automatically convert
through the receive option, but as previously stated, it will not
    properly work with the scheduler.
