Have you checked out the vanilla BPCS DOC such as SSA LOG 00?

Have you obtained any of the Documentation referred to in recent threads 
about BPCS documentation in general?

Have you made any arrangements with your BPCS supplier to physically visit 
some other BPCS client site?

Before we bought BPCS at Central, we were able to tour other companies that 
had previously installed BPCS, in which various officials of our company were 
able to speak with their opposite numbers to ask key questions.  

We also had a similar tour before deciding whether or not to buy an add-on 
package - how well did it work at this other manufacturer that was somewhat 
similar to us.

I would think we might be able to offer such a service, so long as it was a 
rare visitation.  We would have to check with my boss & his boss.
