You rolled the UPS into the elevator with all the batteries in it and now it's out of range? :-) [Yes seen it done....]

You didn't say how big your 3573 is but it would appear that it's 'lost' in the vertical dimension. So a sensor failure or dust in there or loose wire. In any case most likely the repair guy is your best bet here.
