CE coming on site to replace the entire library, if he can't get the robot/picker to move.
Where is the library configuration stored?

You didn't say how big your 3573 is but it would appear that it's 'lost'
in the vertical dimension. So a sensor failure or dust in there or loose wire. In any case most likely the repair guy is your best bet here.
