I was hoping not to code anything into existing programs etc. Was
wondering how much of this could be dome by using the Advanced Job
Scheduler, or do we need something Like Robot whatever.?

There is also a job status exit point that can call a program when jobs
change status - something like that - not sure if it'd take care of
