I ran the PRTDSKINF RPTTYPE(*LIB) command on our V7R1 system, data was
collected this weekend, and I get the *NOLIBRARY but it is only .01% of
disk:

*NOLIBRARY .01 9551.9

consumed by different libraries which I can see in report.
