I'm guessing the "scwebtestt" part might not be correct.
That is presumably due to the tooling attempting to get a test PTF
from the Rochester intranet. There may be a problem for how the tooling
has effectively either stored or generated the fully qualified name [but
the server name is likely correct], and the origin for the problem is
the intranet domain naming being changed. Informing them of the
error\problem so they can determine if they have a real problem [e.g.
hard-coding the fully qualified name by the tooling] or if instead there
was and perhaps for some time will continue to be a hiccup during their
transition.
