Dave,
That was the plan for the Treasurer's Office - not the whole county. We still have JDE in Finance and there are several other departments that will stay on the 400.
Yes, I still say "the 400". All of our users know it as that. I don't know how long it took me to quit saying "the 38" when the shop I was in at the time (Porsche Cars North America in Reno) went to "the 400". Since I'm not in conversations with people who know the difference anyway, I've never bothered to change my use of the term here at the county. Well, there is one guy who actually does keep up with the current name :-)

Our development in the dotnet world has been sporadic at best. Too few developers and too much everyday life at the Treasurer's Office [new statutes and other little things like that which you are so well aware of] to get into full swing.

OK, back to work....now, let's see, which policy change am I working on today? Who thinks theirs is more important? Don't you just love it?

Fran,

As you know, we talked before. Last we spoke, you told me Pinal County was getting off the i5 and moving to Windoz. Is that finished?

You (Pinal) is more of an exception than you might think. You are, of course, from the County in which I live; I just do some of my work in Tucson. I find the problem is more acute in local governmental entities that are about medium to near-large in size and are not forced by some overarching larger governmental entity to be better standardized and organized.
