I work for your neighboring county's government...you'd probably be happy to know that we are pretty strict about where production files are located. We don't mess around with scattering files all over the place. If you are in the Treasurer's Office, then you'd better be sure your files are where they belong. So, how on earth do you set up a proper LIBL?
Are we the exception? Hope not!

Not frivolous at all for those of us in a portion of the world that is not perfect by any means and not well managed; specifically, many governments.
