According to IBM it's a two-step. 
But, there are ways to get around this. We did it and were able to convert 
most everything in one step. There were a few things that didn't come 
over, but it was minor and saved us a lot of time.

Is an upgrade from OS400 v4r5 to v5r3 a one step process, or does it 
require
an intermediate upgrade, for example v4r5->v5r1->v5r3?
