Topstyle lite: same, very good and free (lack of serch funcion !!!)
specially for css:

commercial version.

the best is that html-kit works in combination with topstyle lite.

I think that with these two editors you've all, but wait, you can have an
javascript specialized editor for free (the developer have commercial
versions also):

If you prefer an only editor for all the purpouses, html-kit can do the
job,
but also

and a thousand others

If only I will found an notepad++ or html-kit with RPGIV and rpgfree
