The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
They don't. The function always accepts MMDDYY as it's input, and
YYYYMMDD as it's output. It doesn't attempt to guess anything.
The formats, however, are really irrelevant to the example. The same
example works just as well if it's DDMMYY for input. The point is that
you don't have to code a separate function/procedure for every possible
variable type.
