The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Depends on the size of the organization. The remote system would be in the
central office.
When the system is remote - the end users are not aware of the hardware
platform. It is irrelevant.
