The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I use mainly, and recommend, HTML-KIT for html and TopStyle Lite for css.
both have freeware and low-price editions, I recommend specially the paid
html-kit editor but the freeware is really good.
for general editing, even html and css you can use also the free NotePad++
