The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Thank you sir. I'd prefer the Java route if not too steep a learning and development curve as we already have WDSc but might be forced to go to MS as the rest of this department is MS-centric. However, I'm also considering PHP but have to see what it takes to do the work and if its a good strategic direction to build on.

Java and .Net. Both are capable of accessing back-end DB2 data, and you
can even call an RPG program if you'd like too. :) While I obviously
have a bent toward the MS land, I will admit both are perfectly capable
of doing anything you want and arguing which is "better" is a religious
argument at best.
