Spanish Characters in Postscript -- WEB400

I found it very easy to create a postscript file using CGIDEV2 (Insteadof "<html>"... I write "%!PS" in the mask file ). The program is verysimilar to creating a web page.

Mi problem is with the accents and ñ used in spanish, they print likespaces or funny symbols.

Can I set a translation table? or do I need to select a specific font?or do I need to translate the special characters to a sequence like: a<backspace> ' ?
