The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I'm helping another dev get RDi 9.8 running on his new PC. We installed
the activation kit, but RDi keeps giving the trial pop-up on startup.
We tried to install the activation kit again, but it says it's already
installed.
The "already installed" link on Available Software shows it as installed.
We deleted the app folder, went through the steps again, but it still shows
the trial version.
On the first launch of RDi, we got a Windows Firewall popup, but I'm not
sure if that makes a difference.
Any suggestions on how to get RDi to accept the license?
