Exactly - I mentioned in my post that the problem appears to be with the process at Passport Advantage. I hope, as I said there, that someone in this list knows what to do. Looking briefly at Passport Advantage Online, it seems there has to be a primary contact.

I can only suggest that Karl find a contact page at PAO for support. No one here can directly help him out, so far as I know.

This is a day I'm glad we have a business partner that handles this stuff, but PAO really needs to have a way to help him out.
