Steve Ferrell (he is the manager for development of RDi, something like that) emailed here yesterday about the license status problem - just to be sure, here is what he said:

If you have gone into the Mange Licenses panel, you will need to turn off License Manager before your local key will be recognized.

By default, simply entering the panel will enable IBM License Manager. Go into Manage Licenses -> Click Apply License -> Click the Disable floating license enforcement and press OK.

I hope this is the last thing you need, in order for everything to work for you!
