Well, blow me down!
It's like I was running beside the bike because I was too late to get on
it.
Brian: Thanks for making me slow down enough to see what was there all
along.
I admit I was late to the table to get into ACS within RDi. And when I
finally DID get it, I was focused on SQL scripts.
I started using ACS emulators way back when IBM announced giving up
support for PCWIN (or whatever it was called... can't remember). But I
gave up on it because I wanted to focus on using RDi without having to open
so many different apps. And the missing ability to double-click on a word
was so insignificant that I just didn't care overly. Plus, I am using
Green Screen so much less now that I can open SQL scripts using ACS within
RDi.
I'm in agreement with Jim regarding replacing the emulator (and SQL
scripts) within RDi with the ACS versions. There's probably some legal
reason for not doing so.
Well, one day everything will be perfect. But I'm sure it will be after I
retire.

Duane, if I've understood correctly, in RDi you doing the following:
1). right-click OBJECTS Subsystem
2). from the Context Menu, selecting HOST CONNECTION EMULATOR (HCE) 3).
trying double-click-left-mouse-button (DLMB) on (any) text to select it
