Knowing in advance it would be a complete waste of time, I navigated to the
IBM Rational Developer for i Hub
I clicked Rational Developer support

I clicked "Open a case"

I signed in with my IBM id.

I got *THE USUAL IDIOTIC UNHELP MESSAGE*
Oops — that's not right!

Problem with that is, "Rational Developer" is not RDi. There is a
difficulty with the names of things at IBM, I would agree. But I wondered
if that was what misdirected you.
