I think there is setting in RDI, where you can specify to get the latest help on the web. Rather than offline cache, which is FASTER. I do not mind waiting a few extra seconds to get the most current updated manuals.

Did you update your RDI to 9.6.0.9, or are you using an older version of RDI?
For me it works on RDI 9.6.0.9, so wondering if you have the same version installed?

You are correct. I can search the base help for %list and I found it. I and my coworkers usually look for BIF functions, doing the following. With an RPG member open, select Source, ILE RPG Help, Built in functions. That section looks like it hasn't been updated yet.
