Charles is saying you should not /use/ your licenced copy of RDi on 2+ different clients (PCs) /at the same time/. (In other words, you can install on multiple machines - e.g. at home and at work - but only use one at a time. In practical terms, you'd only be breaking the terms of the licence if you had a clone of yourself.)

Clone myself or do the cloning myself?

If you have a licensed copy of RDi at home, you should be able to legally*
install it on your work PC.

Most copies of RDi are licensed by named user. As long as you don't clone
yourself and use both copies at once, legally* you are good.
