The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Sadly, there was a hot key for my softphone that interfered with RDI. Once I found it, I remapped it, and problem gone. But, that drove me nuts for a long time. Oh well, that is how windows works. Out of my control...

I'm not sure if it's been mentioned already, but one thing to look for: is there anything else that may be capturing hotkeys? I know that I have had many instances in the past where combinations in the editor we're being captured by another utility or program running in the system tray.
That could very much explain why others are not able to recreate what you are seeing...
